Our rules for your gift voucher!

   The voucher is non-transferable and can only be redeemed in conjunction with an order in our online shop or in-store.

   It is valid once up to the expiration date specified on the voucher and will be automatically deducted from your invoice if the voucher code is entered correctly during the order process. (Please check this BEFORE submitting the order!) The voucher is valid for 3 years.

   A maximum of one voucher can be redeemed per order (if you have multiple remaining amounts, please use our collection function - you can find more detailed explanations here >click<). Cash payment is not not possible.

   If the purchase value exceeds the voucher value, the existing payment options apply.

   If the order value is below the voucher value, the remaining balance will be retained and can be redeemed with your next order.

   The gift voucher does not accrue interest and cannot be redeemed for cash or partially for cash. It cannot be used to settle outstanding debts.

   In case of loss or theft of the voucher, no refund can be made by leni pepunkt. There are no claims for partial or full replacement of a voucher.

   leni pepunkt. assumes no liability for damage, illegibility, or unauthorized use of the voucher.
