This is how a group order works with us

YAY! You also have the option to collect your orders with us.

Start collection

For your first order, choose "Standard Shipping" (with shipping costs) as the shipping method. Write "I'm still collecting" in the comment field so we know you're starting to collect. Please do not choose "Group Order" as the shipping method – otherwise your package will be shipped directly.

Collect

For your second or subsequent order, select "Continue/End Group Order". This will waive the shipping costs. Write in the comment box: "I am still collecting".

End collection

If you wish to complete your group order, select "Continue/End Group Order" again. In the comment field, please state, for example: "I would like to complete my group order now."

We look forward to seeing your collection!

Please understand that orders you wish to collect must still be paid for promptly in advance. Only then will we cut them, pre-pack them, and reserve them permanently for you. Thank you very much!

After your payment, we will send you an invoice, after which we will pack and reserve your order. The shipping method "Sammelbestellung" (collective order) will be stated in the footer of the invoice, or, for the first collective order, your comment with the note about the collective order.

You see - it's quite simple. Just use the comment field. That will give us a HUGE hint that we need to read before acting. And then really nothing can go wrong with collecting your orders!
